Wedding: January 18, 2015
I knew that my spouse and I needed a planner, being that both of us work and that we simply do not have the time to research vendors and coordinate with them. A good friend of mine recommended Stephanie from Saving the Day Events, and what a blessing it was to have her as a part of the wedding. Of the four wedding planners I contacted to interview, Stephanie was the only one who responded within 24 hour of contact. She has different price plans depending on how much coordination needed, and we ended up picking the middle package where coordination and vendor logistics are taken care of, but only pertaining to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding event (no bachelor/bachelorette parties coordination). My spouse and I are particular but not picky, and Stephanie found the perfect balance in her recommendations with regards to decor, food, and DJ for the event. She was willing with work with me when I picked a cake vendor that is located in a different city and even had her assistant pick up the cake on our behalf! Before the wedding, she had already put forth a timeline for the event and sent it to the wedding party as well as all the vendors, so on the day of the wedding we were completely not stressed and simply followed the timeline. She is very punctual, and the wedding guests were completely appreciative that the ceremony started on time. Thank you so much for making our quirky wedding so well thought out and so little stress, so that we could focus on speaking to our guests and catch up and have fun.
